Previous experience
We have been manufacturing products that combine iron and wood for hotels and ryokans in Japan. We also possess machinery for making wooden handles for saws and files, as well as for bulk painting.
Since 1990, in collaboration with design companies, we have been producing stand mirrors, tables, wooden coat hangers, and kitchen gadgets aimed at the younger generation during Japan’s interior design boom.
In recent years, we have been providing manufacturing support for wooden components to lighting manufacturers.

Products
The products produced so far are as follows:
Hotel and Ryokan Towel Hanger: An foldable towel rack designed for hotels and ryokans, combining natural wood such as oak or ash with chrome-plated steel wire.
Wooden Coat Hanger: A wall-mounted coat hook made of beech wood with an assembly of metal hooks that can be folded for storage.
Wooden Standing Mirror: Producing stand-type and wall-mounted mirrors using materials such as beech wood, pine wood, and MDF with painted finishes that enhance the natural wood grain, offering color variations and customizable sizes.
Wooden Folding Table: A simple and compact folding table designed for single-person households, made by cutting MDF into various shapes using an NC cutting machine and attaching steel folding legs and fabric storage shelves.
Wooden Easel: The easel component used to display signs on the storefront. While featuring a simple structure, it has been produced for over 20 years, serving as a reliable factory where custom orders can be placed with peace of mind.

We produce each item to meet the specifications of our individual customers. Our production ranges from items we have been making for decades to custom orders and spot requests.
All the products we produce start with the question, ‘Can you create something like this?’ Throughout our interactions with customers, we have made a wide variety of wooden products.

We welcome any inquiries or requests you may have. Whether you have a specific item in mind, or if you can provide us with drawings, simple illustrations, or sketches, we would be happy to receive them. Please let us know your preferences and requirements, and we will be glad to assist you. - Assessing whether it is ‘feasible to produce’ or ‘difficult to produce’
We have produced various products in the past, taking into consideration our experience, factory facilities, and facilities of our partner factories. Based on this, we will assess whether we can provide the product you are looking for and inform you accordingly. - We will provide a quotation if it is ‘feasible for production’.
The quotation process typically takes around 1 to 4 weeks. Kindly provide us with the necessary processing details. Please inform us about your desired quality, quantity, and target unit price. Additionally, please provide any specifications for the packaging and the delivery address. We will explore possible ways to align with your desired unit price and make appropriate recommendations. - If the estimate conditions are acceptable, we will proceed to produce the samples.
Samples will be charged at actual cost. If you require samples, please inform us when requesting a quotation. We will include the cost of samples in the quotation. Please be assured that the price will not be excessive if you place an order. - Sample modification, remanufacturing (at actual cost)
Upon reviewing the samples, if there are any defects or modifications required, we will proceed with reworking. Additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the revisions and the need for re-production. - Order
If the production is acceptable based on the sample, please send us your purchase order. - Terms of payment
The terms of paymant is ‘cash in advance.’ Please transfer the payment to our designated account. After confirming the transfer, we will proceed with material procurement and processing. - Start of production
After payment is confirmed, material arrangements are made and production begins. - Lead time
The production time for initial orders is longer compared to repeat orders. The lead time for initial orders is approximately 3-5 weeks, depending on the order placement date, quantity, and materials required. The lead time for repeat orders is approximately 2-3 weeks. Please note that these lead times are estimates. Once the shipping availability is confirmed, we will promptly notify you. If you have any urgent requests, please inform us as soon as possible. - Shipment
We will deliver the shipment according to your requested delivery date. - Reorder
If you wish to reorder the same product, please inform us via email. We will promptly provide you with the delivery schedule.
Points to consider
Due to operating a small-scale factory, we are unable to accommodate demanding prototyping or sporadic large-scale production orders. We only accept orders within Japan.
